A few weeks back one of my tenants called to inform me that several electrical outlets stopped working. One entire side of the duplex unit was out which affected lights, electronics etc.... On the advice of a friend who told me about Nathan, I gave him a call on Friday evening about the problem. It was late Friday evening and I thought it would be a few days to get him out to take a look, but he came out the very next morning (Saturday) evaluated the problem and even had the correct parts with him to fix it quickly and properly.
